As a result, the leadership challenge is shifting.
From: “I know it.”
To: “We are learning it.”
From I know it all to I learn it all.
This is where adaptability becomes a critical meta-skill.
Not as the ability to know everything.
But as the willingness to question assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and remain effective amid uncertainty.
What continues to occupy my mind is this:
Many organizations are investing heavily in technology.
The more important question may be:
Are we investing with the same intensity in learning, collaboration, and leadership?
Because transformation rarely fails because of technology.
It fails when people are not brought along.
