2025 was a year of sharpening focus.
In executive sparrings and leadership labs, leaders gained clarity • about their role, their impact, and their priorities.

Now, 2026 takes it one step further:
From individual coaching to shaping leadership culture and organizational impact.
My focus: Strategic Leadership Impact.
I work with leadership systems, teams, and decision-makers who carry responsibility in complex transformation environments. At the core lies one principle:

The theme of our final module in the Leadership Lab

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of moderating and shaping the 6th and final module of the Leadership Lab at the Administrative Academy of Berlin.

Six months of deep engagement with leadership have shown us one thing clearly
👉 Time spent on leadership is time well invested.

What we take away
 ✓ Trust and reliability form the foundation of effective leadership.
 ✓ Cultural change follows structure: simplify processes, strengthen self-efficacy.
 ✓ ​Leadership means: providing clarity, demanding accountability, and accompanying change sustainably.

In the end, one insight remains
👉 Leadership is not a title, but an attitude.
👉 And change begins where attitude becomes visible.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of moderating and shaping the 5th module of the Leadership Lab at the Verwaltungsakademie of Berlin.

Topic: Leading Change When the Map No Longer Fits.
One of the biggest current challenges for leadership in the public sector.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of moderating and shaping the 5th module of the Leadership Lab at the Administrative Academy of Berlin.

Topic: Leading Change When the Map No Longer Fits.
One of the biggest current challenges for leadership in the public sector.

Leadership does not mean resolving contradictions • but consciously shaping them.
Outwardly. And inwardly.
 ✓ Preserving and transforming
 ✓ Providing safety while daring the new
 ✓ Offering orientation • without the illusion of control

We asked ourselves:
👉 How do I lead between securing stability and enabling renewal?
👉 How can I break habitual thinking without losing a sense of safety?
👉 How can I identify and leverage opportunities • even within cultural and legal boundaries?

My takeaway:
In times of disruption, leadership is not about having the perfect plan •
but about clarity of purpose, openness in approach, and courage to adapt.

Thank you to all participants for your thoughtful questions, clear stance, and the courage to challenge familiar perspectives.

In autumn, we’ll conclude the Leadership Lab with:
“2030 · Leading from the Future” and

Narratives instead of Measures • Attitude instead of Manuals.

Yesterday, I facilitated and designed the 4th module of the Leadership Lab at the Berlin Administrative Academy, held at the Senate Department for the Interior, Digitalisation and Sports:

“Change Management & Communication • Storytelling in Transformation Processes”
Leaders from various areas of public administration engaged with questions that rarely appear on to-do lists • yet often determine whether change succeeds:

How do we shape transformation through effective narratives?
👉 Creating clarity
👉 Addressing emotions
👉 Providing orientation

At the center were personal experiences with change •
and the question of how leadership can provide orientation without denying complexity.

Because: 👉 Good stories connect.
They create closeness where distance threatens • and open up spaces for action where uncertainty prevails.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants for depth, perspective shifts, and authentic dialogue.
I’m already looking forward to our next session.

Leadership in Turmoil • Leading Through Transformation: What Mindset Shift Do We Need?

The TDI Day of Industry 2025 made it clear:

👉 It takes more than new answers •
it takes a new attitude.

BDI President Peter Leibinger sums it up:
“New times call for a new attitude. Instead of making demands of others, we should look inward and set expectations for ourselves. Only then do we gain credibility • and become true drivers of change.”
The TDI Day of Industry 2025 made it clear:

👉 It takes more than new answers •
it takes a new attitude.

My takeaway from #TDI2025:
Leadership in times of upheaval means taking responsibility, practicing self-reflection, and having the courage to question one’s own attitudes and routines.
That’s the mindset shift we need now.

What made it especially enriching:
🤝 Many meaningful conversations, inspiring exchanges, and genuine discourse • open, critical, and forward-looking. Exactly what’s needed for leadership to evolve.
